询盘跟进的几种常见情况分析:
1.已经发了一封邮件(第一封)第二天还没答复:(还没有发任何报价情况):
客户有可能还没时间看邮件,或者我们发过去的邮箱发到他垃圾文件那了,
Hi XX,
Good Day,
Did you receive my last email? (The email attached below) , 在邮箱已发送的那份邮件那里再次’回复全部’. 这样能附上之前你发的邮件。而不是再写一封新的。
Was there a problem with the email ?

找到邮件客户端的邮件 「已读回执」勾选,看看客户是不是点开已读了你的邮件。(不能经常用这个功能)
2. 已经发了报价,但客户还是没有回复。
(一般隔2-3天左右要跟进):

if your qty are large, we can offer you a better price or discounts accordingly.
